The importance of the implementation of research activities through the projects funded from various sources is steadily increasing. Research management process takes place in every phase of the research project life cycle, and consists of numerous processes / areas of knowledge.

Research management is a complex process, especially in the case of international research projects, due to their specific features, risk areas, and performance environment.
